The Company

Founded in 1995 by Azim and Firoz Sadruddin, Top Sabor's main business was manufacture and sale of pre-cooked deep-frozen food. Later, the managing partners brought their knowledge of a traditional recipe together with the know how of Naushad Ali Nurali - the authority on samosas in Porto since 1975 - whilst maintaining the typical characteristics of a homemade product.

As a result of continued investment Top Sabor currently has a modern technological facility in an area of about 350 square metres. We work with an engineer and food quality technician, and a staff of 22 people to ensure we produce a top quality product.

Our production capacity is close to 6 million samosas per year and we never forget the importance of the traditional flavour that we give to each of them. We distribute our products throughout the country using our own refrigerated vans and/or a refrigerated transport company to ensure that the customer and the final consumer receive the product with all of its characteristics intact.

Part of our business now involves exports to United Kingdom, Spain and France and we are committed to entering the Brazilian market. We believe we have excellent quality products, which are highly appreciated by our customers and the final consumer, and we want to take our specialties abroad and give everyone the opportunity to enjoy them too!
